2 Day Mt Kenya Safari

Mt. Kenya National Park is situated to the eastern side of the Great Rift Valley, approximately 175 kilometers North-East of the capital Nairobi. The ecosystem is found in Central plus the Eastern provinces of this country. At 5,199 meters Mt Kenya is the second highest mountain in Africa. This mountain is a significant water source in Kenya.

Within the park you will see animals such as Elephants, Elands, tree hyrax, bushbucks, white tailed mongoose, water buck, suni, mole rat plus the black fronted duiker. Among the uncommon animals here are: rhinos, leopards, giant forest hogs plus bongo.

In addition, this national park has more than 130 species of birds on record.
