Day 1: A Day with Inspiring Grandmas

Stop At: Ngong Hills, Great Rift Valley Mageso Chember, Nairobi 00200 Kenya
The inspirational grandma you’ll meet today is caring for her grandchildren. She was born into a life of poverty and struggles to give them a meal a day, often going without herself. But we’re about to change all that by giving her a piglet. In eight months, through an innovative farming program, she’ll be running her own farming business and earning income to feed, clothe and educate her family. She’ll give something back to you too … a day of insights into her life and culture that you’ll remember forever.

Day 2: Day 2 Community centre for disadvantaged children

Stop At: Ngong Hills, Great Rift Valley Mageso Chember, Nairobi 00200 Kenya
Today you’ll be visiting a community education centre on the outskirts of Nairobi. Here you can choose to become involved in as many or as few of the 30 activities that are part of the daily routine as you’d like. They include preparing a nutritious lunch for the children, feeding the toddlers, helping us monitor the children’s health and leading the physical education class,

Day 3: A Day with the Masai

Stop At: Ngong Hills, Great Rift Valley Mageso Chember, Nairobi 00200 Kenya
The soundtrack for today is Kenyan song and the laughter of resilient and inspiring women. We’re taking a spectacular drive deep into Masai country where we’ll spend the day with the men, women and children of a traditional Masai community. On arrival, we’ll be met by Masai warriors who’ll invite us to join them as they herd their cattle on an enjoyable and easy stroll down their gorgeous valley. The whole community becomes involved in this experience and in the afternoon the women will share their stories with you as they help you make your own piece of traditional Masai jewelry
