The factory is located in what used to be part of the Karen Blixen Estate (of the Academy Award winning film "Out of Africa" fame.) They have further applied our knowledge of ceramics and the artistic flair that has made our necklaces so attractive, in the design and production of our own unique range of pottery-ware, which reflects the culture and wildlife of Kenya. Each piece is hand made and hand painted in rich colors and our range is extensive from individual collector pieces to dinnerware. Then continue on to visit the Matbronze which is situated in the historical suburb of Karen, at the foot of the Ngong Hills. The foundry with attached gallery displays over six hundred bronzes - from double life size Crowned Cranes to the daintiest of Sunbirds, from an eight foot Crocodile to Cuff links for men.Recently Matbronze opened a coffee bar and cafe you can now enjoy the art, and relax with refreshments in the gardens.
