About this activity
A visit to the Capodimonte Museum will leave you breathless. The museum is housed inside the hunting residence of the Bourbons, king of Naples since the eighteenth century.

The museum houses a rich collection of paintings and porcelains typical of the Neapolitan tradition. Passing from room to hall you can admire some masterpieces by Tiziano, Bellini, Brueghel, Parmigianino, Caravaggio, Correggio and even works by contemporary artists, including Andy Wharol. You can not miss the drawings of Michelangelo, the works of Raphael and the Carracci and other famous artists.

You will also explore the halls of the palace with collections of antique furniture and porcelain produced in the prestigious Capodimonte factory. At the end of the visit you can take a pleasant walk immersing yourself in the immense green area of the park that was the royal hunting reserve.

An expert local official guide will be pleased to accompany you on this touring experience with a 2.5-hour private tour. Also, when booking, you can choose the transfer option and then be picked up at the hotel, at the airport or at the cruise ship.
