About this activity

All guests of the winery are invited to stay for an "Italian style" tasting, held on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. An expert guide will guide you through the vineyards, indicating the vines and cultivation methods used on the slopes of Vesuvius. After the vineyards, your visit will continue in the cellar where you can follow the phases of wine production, discovering first the presses and then the room of the barrel, where wines are aged.

Then, choose between two options of tasting menu:

  • Classic tasting menu

Appetizer with local products: salami, provolone, "casatiello" and bruschetta with piennolo relic on bread baked in a wood oven, combined with Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Bianco DOP (100% Caprettone), Rosato (100% Piedirosso) and Rosso (100% Piedirosso).

Spaghetti seasoned with tomato sauce and basil piennolo relic, combined with Lacryma Christi Riserva (80% Piedirosso and 20% Aglianico, aged in French oak barrels for 18-24 months).

Neapolitan Pastiera, traditional dessert with sweetened ricotta cheese, candied fruit and boiled wheat berries, combined with Capafresca Spumante Rosato (100% Aglianico) and Acquavite di Albicocche del Vesuvio, our apricot distillate.
