About this activity

Day 01: Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Abhyangam, seedanam, shirodhara and intrenal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body consultation. Free Ayurveda consultation by Ayurveda Doctor.

Day 02: Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Abhyangam, seedanam, shirodhara and intrenal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body consultation. Himalayan Adventure.

Day 03: Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Abhyangam, seedanam, shirodhara and intrenal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body consultation. Himalayan Adventure.

Day 04: Yoga and meditation and pranayama. Abhayanga and swedanama along with major detax like vamanam or virechana(colonic cleansing)

Day 05: Yoga and meditation and pranayama. Morning abhayangam, swedanam, nasya karma and basti treatment.

Day 06: Yoga and meditation and pranayama. Abhjangam, swedanam, shirodhara and internal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body constitution. Himalayan Adventure.

Day 07: Yoga and meditation and pranayama. Abhjangam, swedanam, shirodhara and internal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body constitution. Ayurveda consultation.

Daily schedule in Hours

06.30 to 08.00 am: Yoga, meditation and pranayam session

08.00 to 09.00 am: Breakfast

10.00 to 12.30 pm: Ayurvedic treatments- abhyanga, swedanam, shirodhara etc

01.00 to 02.00 pm: Lunch

02.00 to 05.00 pm: Himalay an adventure which would be 3 days, options are - white water rafting, down to ganger/Vashishtha cave darshan/Nature walk in foothill of himalayas/Water fall in foothills of Himalayas/Herbal medical plant exploration in foot hill of Himalayas/Bharat temple.

Accommodation

We have ashram accommodation which has very basic facilities- Double bed room with private hot water bath and toilet. Ashram room do not have phone, television and waiter facilities.
