Learn the techniques and cooking skills for preparing a 3-course North Indian menu from qualified and awarded chefs who have been teaching cookery and baking skills to a multitude of people.

The Cook & Bake Academy is certified by City & Guilds, London for their Culinary diplomas.

Sample Menu

• Chicken Tikka - Tender boneless chicken pieces marinated in curd and spices and cooked in a clay oven
• Shahi Paneer - Cubed cottage cheese cooked in an onion and tomato gravy, with aromatic spices
• Dal Makhni - Black lentils simmered to perfection tempered with onions, tomato and finished with butter and coriander leaves.
• Punjabi Mutton Curry - Goat meat, marinated and cooked in an spicy onion tomato based gravy.
• Kheer - Rice cooked in milk and flavored with cardamom seeds, almonds and raisins.
