About this activity
Meet your guide at Khan Market Metro Station in the early morning. Your rental bicycles will be picked up nearby and the tour will begin there. The route you'll follow is relatively flat and the pace slow, ensuring you don't miss any of the sights or guide commentary.
Kick off your tour with a visit to a Hindu temple on the way to the first major stop of the tour: India Gate, a 42 meter arch built to honor the Indian and British Soldiers killed during World War I and Afghan Wars.
From there, the itinerary will be a mixture of famous sights like Lodhi Gardens, Gandhi Smriti, and the President’s official home, as well as a few hidden gems including Agrasen Ki Baoli, an ancient step well. There will also be occasional stops to refuel with drinks and snacks as well as stops for photos.
At the end you'll finish at Connaught Place, for a delicious North Indian breakfast of
puri sabji (deep-fried flour rounds served with spiced potatoes)
, samosa, and tea or coffee. Your tour concludes here after breakfast.
