1. Once you've completed your booking, and provided your mobile phone and/or email address, a Beach Tripper teammate will reach out to confirm the delivery location on Rockaway Beach. We know the beach and transportation so feel free to ask!

2. Beach Tripper delivers the equipment to you and picks it up when you are finished at three convenient locations: Beach 108th Street and Shore Front Parkway, Beach 102nd Street and the Boardwalk, Beach 89th Street and Shorefront Parkway. Shorefront Parkway locations are less than 50 yards to the boardwalk. Our team will arrive by Jeep, bike, on foot or even by skateboard!

We are available to you by text and phone throughout your rental day at 833.333.4386, should you require any assistance. We are flexible with delivery and pickup times should your plans change but please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can provide excellent service to our other guests. Our administrative offices are located in Rockaway Park and we have representatives on or near the boardwalk throughout each beach day. We are always monitoring the weather and will proactively reach out to you if bad weather threatens to spoil your beach day. 

3. At the completion of your day, simply reach out by text or phone (833) 333.4386 and let us know you are through. We'd appreciate a 20-30 minute head-start but we will always do our best to accommodate your plans.
