Itinerary

Using some of the most peaceful locations and views in New York, our experienced instructor will lead you through a 90-minute practice of yoga where you let go of everything which no longer serves you, and take in that which moves you forward. During our sessions we will teach you the art of yoga to increase your confidence in your practice while helping you to perfect your yoga poses, breathing techniques, flow and state of mind. All this is done in some of the most tranquil and beautiful locations of the city giving you the chance to explore a new hidden gem each session with likeminded individuals. 

• Each session last for 2 hours (90 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of sightseeing/exploring) .
• You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or rent one from us.
• Our sessions are held by professional yoga instructors.
