4:45 - Walking tour of our 9 acre flagship farm property
• Fruit tasting in our food hub & produce processing facility
• Intro to aquaponics
• Free-range chicken & duck coop
• Student and community gardens
• Indigenous plants: Breadfruit (Ulu)
• Solar PV plant nursery
5:15 - Drive 1.5 miles to our 16 acre Kuwale farm production parcel
• Salad tasting in our colorful fields
• Harvest carrots to snack on
• Feed our pastured sheep and pigs
• Permaculture orchard
• Colorful vegetable fields
• Indigenous plants: Taro (Kalo)
• 40 hive bee apiary
6:00 - Return to Kahumana's Organic Farm-to-Table cafe for a 3 course meal featuring produce from our farm

Dinner - Farm to table hibiscus cooler, soup or salad, entree and dessert. Some of our most popular items include the Lilikoi Cheesecake and Macadamia Nut Pesto Pasta.
Snacks - Tastings of tropical fruits and fresh vegetables right from the fields. Depending on the season, these can include: mango, lilikoi, tangerines, soursop, chico, bananas and carrots.
