Manoa is best known for its lush and tropical vegetation, beautiful waterfalls and rainbows and is rich in historic Hawaiian and a multi-cultural heritage.

We will Stop here to get snacks, munchies, shaved ice or use the restroom before your journey begins to Manoa Fall.

Stop At: Manoa Falls Trail, Round Top Forest Reserve, Honolulu, Oahu, HI

The Manoa Falls trail is located in the valley of Manoa in Honolulu, Hawaii. This area receives rain almost every day which leaves the whole valley richly vegetated. Seeing rainbows after a rainfall happens often and is a source of The University of Hawaii at Manoa sport teams names, the Rainbow Warriors (Men) and Rainbow Wahines (women) College students visit the Manoa Falls trail often for research and educational purposes.

Mānoa Falls a 1.6 mile easy guided hiking trail, we will hike the trail to see the Manoa Falls, a 150-foot waterfall that empties into a small pool of water. The location is often referred to as the Rainbow Valley.

Stop At: Puu Ualakaa State Park, Round Top Drive, Honolulu, Oahu, HI

Visit famous Tantalus lookout (Puu Ualakaa State Park) 1049 ft, where you will see Panoramic view of Honolulu, forested area on a cinder cone close to downtown Honolulu. Lookout provides a sweeping view of southern Oahu from Diamond Head to Pearl Harbor, including Manoa Valley.
