Discover exceptional French Whiskies in one of the most elegant wine & spirit boutique in Paris, housed in a restored 19th century building on the prestigious Place de Madeleine. The main store presents over 300 various brands and has 2 private tasting areas. The Angel Tasting Room, an intimate chamber lit by LED, where your Passport Gourmet Tasting experience will take place.

• Difference between single and blended malts and what to look for in a good Whisky

French Whisky:

French Whiskies have only been available for the last 10-20 years. Many French brands are still not exported but they are gaining ground in the Whisky market quickly, which is no surprise given the:
• French grow high quality ingredients like Barley and Cereals
• Wine, Champagne and Spirit Making savoir-faire.
• Long history of distillation of spirits like Cognac, Calvados and Pommeau,
• Unique tasting attributes coming from casks used to age Sauterne Wines and Cognac.

Bellvoye - the first and only 100% French Triple Malt aged in Oak and Sauternes casks.

Aumance - single grain aged in single Sauterne casks

Bastille - single malt from Angoulême

Bercloux - blend aged in 3 different wood casks

Brenne - single malt made in Cognac

Amorik - malted barley for single malt and wheat for blends from Brittany

Rozelieurs - locally grown barley in Lorraine, easy to drink, and the only French distillery to work only with peaty malts.
