D-Day landing beaches from Paris with private driver and guide

Your day trip starts with hotel pickup in Paris by private vehicle with driver and licensed guide on board. 

Day trip full of emotions. Immerse yourself in one of the major historical events of our time, the D-Day landing of June 6 1944.

On the way, your private guide will give you a lot of information about Normandy, part of French History, its geography and food. 

First stop at Arromanches where you will see some remains of the artificial "Mulberry Port". Then stop at Longues-sur-Mer to see the last German batteries inland facing the shore.

Lunch in a typical French restaurant in Port-en-Bessin, charming picturesque harbor.

In the afternoon, you will go to the moving Omaha beach cemetery memorial with 9387 graves overlooking the sea. (around 1 hour on site).

Back to the van, let's drive along Omaha beach to « Pointe du Hoc » cliffs that American rangers' climbed on D-Day.

Drive back to Paris (around 3 hours drive). Drop off to your hotel in central Paris.
