About this activity
On the first day, we'll visit the American Interpretive Center where you can see the hall of sacrifice and interesting documentaries.

We'll drive through the woods and onto the Omaha beach. YOu ma stroll on the beach and I'll introduce you to the remains of the German bunkers.

We'll continue with Pointe Du Hoc where you'll see the impressive spot on the coast where a history of Rangers of Colonel James Rudder was made.

For the second day, we will visit first Caen at the Peace Memorial. You'll be able to watch selected exceptional documentaries about D-Day and the battle of Normandy.

We'll then drive to Benouville to see the famous Pegasus Bridge and the "Café Gondre" which serve as the first house in Normandy which is liberated by the Allies.

Then onto Arromanches and German coastal artillery battery at Longues Sur Mer.

After lunch, we'll continue to explore Port En Bessin to have a closer look at the famous "Petrol Harbour". We'll wrap the first-day tour with a visit to the American Cemetery in Colleville.

Before heading back to your hotel in Bayeux, we can make a short stop at German Cemetery in La Cambe.

After your lunch in a small typical Norman restaurant, we'll finish the day at Sainte Mere Eglise where troops of the 82nd Airborne landed.
