Thanks to this tasting you will discover a world that you did not known yet. The meat World.

This experience will make you travel all around the world, in eating... path through Uruguay, but also Australia, and of course FRANCE (yes we can do great meat in our beautiful country, not just cheese and bread ;) ).

The different meats will be prepared, and cooked with all the love our great Chef has for beef. You will discover new flavors and textures. You will have of course explanations about the meats you will taste : origins, beeding, method of cooking it and also if you wish and ask to, you can have a really nice advice about wine pairing.
