DAY TRIP: PASTA COOKING LAB WITH LUNCH + PERUGINA CHOCOLATE HOUSE WITH TASTING

- In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees, we will learn the biological phases of the product from the grain to the grind, learn to recognize the various types of flour, the flour processing techniques, the seasons and their crops, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy a delicious plate of pasta!
- We'll take a visit to Perugina Chocolate House, located inside renowned Perugina chocolate factory. A magic place to taste fine chocolate and enjoy a rich collection of pictures, labels, posters, gift boxes and special old machines to produce the chocolate and its most famous product the “bacio”.
