7:40- 8:00 | Pickup from accommodation (optional)

8:00-8:20 | Gear fitting, safety briefing at shop in Ao Nang

8:30| Boat to Railay

9:00- 12:00 | Learn essential climbing safety, climbing movement and technique, knot tying, top-rope belay, abseiling/ rappelling
