Day 1
• Podgorica - Virpazar - Old Bar - Local Winery

Start the tour in the “town on three bridges” – Virpazar, head to the bohemian Bar Old Town, famous for its olive production, nestled on a hill away from the sea. Head inland to the family-owned winery serving homemade reserves from central Montenegro.

For more adventurous Nomads, we suggest a guided ATV drive or boat cruise around the Lake.

Day 2
• Podgorica - Ostrog Monastery - Niksic – Zabljak

Enter the region of Montenegrin wild beauty.

Head north to the Ostrog Monastery an mind-blowing 17th Century church built directly into the vertical cliff face.

In Niksic you will pay a visit to a craft shop to learn of the local woodwork trade. We make our way to Zabljak to breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Day 3
• This day offers a number of weather-dependent options:

Option A: Zabljak panoramic drive - Podgorica

Option B: Zabljak - Rafting - Podgorica

Experience the best that north Montenegro has to offer. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, prepare to get wet and wild on an exhilarating rafting session on the Tara River or ‘get lost’ in the burrowed passages of Canyon Nevidio.

Calm the adrenalin rush with a visit to a traditional family-run Katun to enjoy local gastronomy and homegrown produce and re-fuel after an adventurous morning.

Day 4
• Podgorica - Tivat - Boka Bay cruise – Tivat

Park the adventure van and jump on board a boat to experience the Bay and beyond – head to the famous Blue Cave, a turquoise lagoon reflecting all shades of blue from the glimmering waters. Combine legends with the historical depth of the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, most famous for the legend of Penelope of Montenegro.

Day 5
• Tivat - Speedboat transfer to Kotor - Kotor tour - Njegusi - Lipa Cave

Once again, explore the Boka Bay from the sea. Stroll through the coastal town of Kotor, with unique Venetian architecture, well-preserved, crisscrossed avenues and stone cobbled squares, churches and palaces. Ascend the Serpentine road to the little village of Njegusi.

Snack on traditional delicacies of prosciutto, cheese. Continue to the Old Royal Capital of Cetinje to admire the essence of Montenegrin culture, before heading to the Lipa Cave.
