Wonderful Australian Camp & Sarangkot Trek

Trek to Australian Camp and Sarangkot is a great exploration in the beautiful mountains of the Annapurna region. The hiking offers gorgeous views over the valleys and stunning views of the Annapurna Mountain range. The hike takes you through dense forests, along the hillsides and rice fields, up to the mountains and through mountain villages.

This one day hike starts and ends in Pokhara driving to Kande for an hour and commence hiking. A gentle climb from Kande through the villages and forests will take you to Australian Camp from where you will have great mountain views of the Annapurna Range. You will take enough time for taking pictures and from Australian Camp. After lunch in the Australian Camp you will continue hiking through charming village Dhampus for overnight stay. It is the most photographed in the Pokhara valley. The next day you will continue your trek to Sarangkot. You will have the most beautiful sun set and sun rise view and a celestial view of the Himalayas. The highest point is around 2000 meters. It will give you great impression of the Himalayas in all of her magnificence.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (Driving By Tourist standard bus) 

Day 03: Pokhara to Kande drive the start trekking to Australian Camp then contiue trek Dhampus Village 4 hrs

Day 04: Dhampus to Sarangkot 5/6hrs

Day 05: Sarangkot to Pokhara and visit sight seeing in Davi's Fal and Gupteshwar Cave boating on Phewa Lake

Day 06: Drive back to Kathmandu

Day 07: Departure to airport
