Site that allows you to see all the beauty of the surrounding region, especially the Douro river and the Bestança river mouth.

In the impossibility of knowing all the 13 km of Rio Bestança, we will visit the interpretative Center of the Bestança Valley in an interactive way.

Its name comes from "Bestias" which means that it runs naturally in wild fauna and flora. It is still known for its waterfalls that hide a world to discover.

The arouquesa meat is queen in Cinfães and as such, the ideal delicacy to taste next to the Bestança river, in a delicious picnic. In the Douro Verde region, you can not miss the region's green wine.

About 800 meters from Bestança river mouth, upstream, begins the route of the waterfalls. This is the place that invites you to enjoy the clear and fresh waters of this river, already considered the least polluted in Europe.
