Itinerary

First part - 10 minutes, Theoretical-practical, Lecture on Olive Oil with the use of multimedia equipment.

Second part - 5 minutes, Theoretical-practical, Paper distribution of the wheel of aromas and flavors of Olive Oil.

Third part - 15 minutes, Practical, simple oriented tasting of 4 different intensity and complexity Olive Oils and their harmonization with two different types of bread.

Fourth part - 15 minutes, Practical, following the Olive Oil Sommelier methodology sensorial analysis of a ripe olive oil and a green olive oil in a technical tasting cup.

Fifth part - 15 minutes, tasting and conviviality of Olive Tree byproducts. Olive leaf tea (hot&cold), canapés with tapenade and condiments, Olive Oil toast, Olives preserved in olive oil and condiments, Ice cream or chocolate cake with Olive Oil and Orange or season fruit with olive oil.
