Porto Old Town Walking Tour

Meet your guide at the Cathedral and go for a walk through the historic center heritage of UNESCO.
You will hear talk of how the old city was surrounded by a wall and contained inside several convents and monasteries with their cloisters and farmland and a river that today is not seen.
You will see how the city was divided between the Franciscans, Dominicans, Benedictines and Jews. On the route you will find numerous other landmarks for which will also make a brief explanation of its position in the city's history. The end of the visit about 3:30 h occur in the Church of San Francisco.
