About this activity

Serra da Estrela is the name given to the highest mountain range in Portugal.

The Serra da Estrela is a prime tourist attraction in winter, especially between December and January, as snow covers most of the Sierra. In addition to snow, it is home to extraordinary flora and fauna. Travelers will also attracted by the topography, which is of colossal proportions (Cântaro Magro), as well as the human wealth, cultural, historic and gastronomic region.

On this tour, you'll have the opportunity to visit one of the traditional factories of the famous mountain cheese, Bread Museum, Lagoa comprida (Pond), the tower of Serra da Estrela, natural Park, and have ski time (1 hour) or others activities in the snow.
*In the summer we replace the activities in the snow by the chairlift.
