During this tile painting workshops you will have the chance to discover this wonderful art and paint facade tiles of Porto, as it was made 170 years ago.

Tiles are a very important part of Portugal’s culture and facades covered with them is one of the most amazing and unique heritages of the world.

These tile painting workshops are made to support our project OS AZULEJOS DO PORTO, the only public catalogue of the facade tiles of Porto.

If you are passionate about arts and crafts and want to know better about the Porto heritage this workshop is made right for you.

During this Master Workshop you will have the chance to:

– Discover the history of the Portuguese facade tiles

– Learn the traditional techniques of tile painting in Portugal

– Paint 2 facade tiles of Porto, as it was made 170 years ago
