Bike tour to Karlstejn castle from Prague

Your Karlstejn Castle bike tour takes you southwest of Prague along the Vltava and Berounka Rivers and through the Czech countryside to the stunning 14th-century Gothic fortress built by King Charles IV to house the imperial jewels and his collection of holy relics and state documents. Karlstejn Castle, with its enchanting, monumental architecture, is one of the Czech Republic's most-visited castles.

The journey on classic bikes takes approximately 3.5 hours and along the way, you will pass through several villages along the way where you may stop to take photos and enjoy some refreshments. Upon arrival at Karlstejn Village, you will enjoy lunch in a traditional Czech restaurant then leave your bike behind for the 15-minute walk to the castle grounds.
