Soup: Pea Soup with buttered croutons

Main course: Zander baked in herb crust with potato and pumpkin puree or Steak of veal roast with beans and shallot ragout, puree of baked potatoes flavoured with truffle oil

Dessert: Crème brûlée with pieces of pistachio, raspberry and fresh mint leaves

Vegetarian Menu:

Field lettuce salad with quinoa dumpling flavored orange-honey dressing and pine seeds
