This is a “must-see” for any visitor to the region. Admire the magnificent view of the snow-capped Osorno Volcano in the background. After visiting these spectacular falls, we will ascend the majestic Osorno Volcano, which reaches 8,700 feet above sea level. We will reach the area called La Burbuja, or “The Bubble”, located at approximately 4,000 feet above sea level. Enjoy some free time to walk around admiring the magnificent panoramic views of Llanquihue Lake and the Ensenada Valley.

Now it’s time for more sightseeing and visits to the towns of Puerto Varas and Frutillar. First stop: Puerto Varas. This is an enchanting city with a sweeping lakeside promenade and magnificent views of the region’s various volcanoes from the shores of peaceful Llanquihue Lake. Dubbed the “City of the Roses,” we will take a leisurely stroll around town. You will appreciate the town’s traditional, unmistakable German architecture, and its pretty residential neighborhoods with their well-tended gardens. Then, we continue along Llanquihue Lake to the neighboring town of Frutillar. Enjoy its German tradition by tasting a delicious “kuchen” or apple strudel. This city enjoys a well-deserved reputation among classical music lovers for its excellent year-round program of events. The “Teatro del Lago” is a magnificent lakeside concert hall which plays host to top international orchestras and artists. Walk along its clean and tidy streets surrounded by gardens of roses and dahlias. Enjoy the views of its extremely well-preserved wooden buildings. If you love good food, the aromatic Philippi Street, where all the restaurants, emporiums and tea rooms are located, is a must.
