This experience starts with a walk through a cheese farm in Pune. After beginning operations in 1976 as a small scale dairy farm with just 14 cows, the farm flourished over the years to become a full-fledged cheese production unit spread over 27-acres today.

Guests get to see the various steps involved in the production process and an enlightening lesson on the techniques and microbes involved in the process. This farm has Holstein Cows and Swiss Saanen Goats and all the farm milk is organic as well.

The farm is renowned for the production of good and quality cheese, and also a wide variety of milk products like lemsi, yoghurt, surti paneer, buffalo milk malai paneer, cow milk paneer, butter, ghee, kesar shrikhand and cream. Constantly experimenting with different varieties of cheese, they have over 70 varieties of cheese from aged Cheddar to French after dinner cheese ripened in wood ash or charcoal to a Buffalo Mozzarella or even a Blue Cheese.

The visit concludes with an elaborate cheese tasting session where visitors get to taste ten varieties of fresh farm produced cheese as they get guided on how to distinguish between the sweet, salty and bitter tastes that give them their distinct flavours and aroma. The package also includes 1 wedge of whole wheat pizza, lemon flavored buttermilk, Kefir and Yogurt dessert for all guests.
