Caribbean Deep Sea Fishing

After picking you up from your hotel in Punta Cana, you will be driven to Cabeza de Toro. There, you will receive information on safety regulations and internal company rules (behavior on the premises of the excursion, treatment of the environment, education to staff, etc) and a brief explanation of the tour. You will be ask to sign a document that informs you of the sea conditions that day.


Your shared charter will consist of fisherman and observers with a maximum of 10 participants (7 fisherman and 3 observers). Each fisherman on a shared charter will be accompanied by a maximum of 1 observer.

You will then set sail out into the deep in search of big catches! Once in the fishing area, nobody takes a stick, nor holds up a fish until a fish starts to fight. The baits used are not alive, they are artificial bait only used to draw attention to fish. Some of the possible types of fish to catch in this area are white and blue marlin, sailfish, billfish, goldfish or mahi mahi, barracuda, kingfish, whitefish, wahoo, bonito, baccarat and yellow tuna. There are other types of fish, but it is very rare to capture them.
