Day 1: Landing in Quito!

Stop At: Quito Old Town, Quito Ecuador
According to your flight schedule, after landing in “Mariscal Sucre” Airport of Quito, your certified bilingual tour guide will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name on it, in order to pick you up and drive you approximately 40 minutes up to Quito! Once we arrive to the city, you will relax and stay the overnight at your Hotel, which is in a very privileged location in new town of Quito!

Day 2: Exploring Quito!

Stop At: Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve, Crater Volcan Pululahua mirador de Pululahua, Calacali 170154 Ecuador
Your tour guide will pick you up at 08h30 from your hotel. Transfer to the viewpoint of Pululahua Volcano, one of the two inhabited craters in the world!

Stop At: Intinan Museum, Autopista Manuel Cordova Galarza, a 200 metros del redondel de la Mitad del Mundo, San Antonio de Pichincha, Quito 170180 Ecuador
Then we head to the Intiñan Museum, geographically located at 0 degrees, 0 minutes and 0 seconds, that marks the division between northern and southern hemispheres as established by French Geodesic Mission in the eighteenth century, we will see beautiful displays of different ethnic groups in Ecuador, plus the story of their lifestyles, explained by a specialist tour guide! This is an opportunity to be photographed with both of your feet on the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time!

Stop At: Quito Old Town, Quito Ecuador
In the afternoon we go to the historical center of Quito, the first world cultural heritage site (UNESCO 1978)! During our walk, we will pass through the Independence Square, scene of many dramatic battles of the revolution in the history of the Republic of Ecuador. And we will have the opportunity to visit the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s palace, the Church of the Society of Jesus of Quito, summit of the Latin America Baroque, the charming neighborhood of La Ronda, and the Church and Convent of San Francisco, built in 1540! We will be back in your hotel approximately at 15h00.
