National Presidential Wax Museum

The National Presidential Wax Museum allows you to explore elaborate sculptures, various historical exhibits, and the stories of iconic moments in U.S. history through a self-guided audio tour. Enjoy stunning visual recreations as you explore the museum at your own pace. Learn about the very intricate wax sculpture process via a seven-minute theater video which showcases ten artists as they create America's leaders out of wax.

You will also see original oil paintings from famed illustrator and artist Harvey Dunn, voting booths from Florida from the 2000 presidential election, and life and death masks from presidents, movie stars, and historical figures.

There is also a large gift shop on site that has unique gifts that you won't find anywhere else in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
