About this activity
Let's cook traditional Icelandic meat soup together! On a beautiful farm just outside of Reykjavík, you will cook and eat one of the most authentic food known to Icelanders: "kjötsúpa" in Icelandic.

The preparing of “kjötsúpa” is simple and do not take a very long time. It needs to boil for about one hour and while it does, we will be tasting other traditional Icelandic food like fermented shark, rye bread, dried fish and sheep pate among other things.

We will walk around the area and meet the animals. You will get to hold and/or pet most of the animals.

Finally, we sit down to eat the food we prepared and enjoy this unique environment together. You will leave with a full belly and more insights into the culinary practices of Iceland.
