Skogafoss is amazing waterfall situated on the Skoga River in southern Iceland at the cliffs of former coastline, which retreated 5 km ages before. This magnificent waterfall drops 60 meters and width is 15 meters. Skogafoss is full of Viking era legends and it is very well known is present-day popular culture.
Reynisdrangar is magnificent volcanic sea stacks, located on southern shore of Iceland. It is also full of legends. One of them tells that two trolls were stacked by the sun. Close to these stacks, stand wonderful cliffs and lays black sand beach that was ranked in 1991 as one the ten most beautiful non-tropical beaches in the world.
Reynisfjara is a world-famous black-sand beach found on the South Coast of Iceland, just beside the small fishing village of Vík í Mýrdal.
Myrdalur valley is probably the greenest spot in Iceland and full of beautiful sights. It is situated between outwash plains Solheimasandur and Myrdalssandur. The mountains divide the largest Myrdalur valley. The astonishing mountainous area is full of rugged canyons and gullies.
Vik is a small village, which lays on the southern shore of Iceland, near Reynisdrangar stocks and cliffs. It is the biggest settlement in the area, but just with 291 inhabitants. There is a small, but cozy church in the village. Also, sights from the village are magnificent, because you can see stocks and cliffs.
