About this activity
The tour starts with a drive to get to your first adventure of the day. The hike to get to Pedra Bonita rock is considered one of the best hikes in Rio de Janeiro. Pedra Bonita is part of the Sector C of the Tijuca National Park. The walking up to the top of the mountain takes about 40 minutes and it is considered a moderate hike. From the view at the top you are able to see the West beaches as Barra da Tijuca and the Hang Gliding ramp, and the view of Gavea rock that is considered the highest mountain by the sea in the world at a staggering 842 meters high.

After the hike, your guide will take you to an amazing stop at the Chinese View, a viewing point with a Chinese-style gazebo. Enjoy the views here as you get the chance to see the other part of the city of Rio. From there you may see the Lagoa neighborhood, Ipanema Beach, and Sugar Loaf.

To finish the day, enjoy a refreshing bath at one of the waterfalls in the National Park.
