The 700 booths, distributed side by side, offer the locals and tourists a variety of typical Northeastern products, such as food, condiments and handicrafts. When it comes to hunger, it's time to sample the flavors of typical cuisine, such as Baião de Dois, Sarapatel or Carne de Sol with Aipim, offered at various restaurants at the fair. On the two stages of the pavilion, the music does not stop: forró, xote, baião and xaxado, among other rhythms, guarantee the fun all night on the weekends.
