Walking Historical Tour

We started the walk in the square on November 15, where the Portuguese royal family arrived from Portugal. The church where the king and the emperors of Brazil were crowned. Through narrow streets and alleys one can reach the one of the most beautiful cafés of the nineteenth century the famous Cafeteria Colombo. Crossing the square of Carioca, we will visit the hill of Santo Antonio. The modern building of Petrobras and development bank, here comes the Metropolitan Cathedral, stop for internal visit. By the famous Aqueduct of Lapa we arrived the stairs of the Selaron, stop for photos. And to finish this walk we will end in the square of Cinelandia with the spectacular Municipal Theater, Fine Arts Museum and the National Library.
