About this activity
The Roma Capitale farmer's market at the Circus Maximus was created to give Romans and tourists a unique experience with the authentic local food and wine traditions directly from the farmers, breeders and shepherds who have preserved them for generations. Here are the products to lord it: the Cori artichoke, the Romanesco broccoli, the puntarelle, the Trevignano tomato, but also the cheeses like the mythical Caciofiore of Columella, the marzolina, passing through the olives of Gaeta, the truffles of Campoli Apennines, honey, beef and pork and a fresh milk dispenser.
