Enjoy travelling through Italy on a full-day journey from Rome, through the hills of Chianti, to visit the cities of San Gimignano and Siena.

San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is known as 'the City of the hundred towers' still maintains its original features and timeless charm.

You will arrive in San Gimignano, home to one of the most historical Tuscan wines - La Vernaccia di San Gimignano - where you can explore its charming medieval streets, visit the old centre of this wonderful city where it’s produced the famous Chianti wine. You will stop for Tuscan food and wine tasting before continuing on to Siena, a beautiful medieval city in Italy.

You will discover the heart of Siena through the central square - Piazza del Campo - known worldwide for the famous Palio horse race.

Siena is famous not only for its wine but also for its sweets: the Panpepato, Panforte and Ricciarelli. You can stop for a good Italian coffee and taste a typical sweet of Siena before returning to Rome at 17.00pm.
