About this activity
Be picked up from St. Petersburg at 9am and meet your guide at the lobby of your hotel/port/ airport terminal. Be driven to Pushkin, the former summer home of the Romanov tsars, located about 20 km south-east of St Petersburg.

Visit Fedorovskiy township, a unique monument of Russian culture built in "neo-Russian style" and the church of our lady of Fiodor constructed for the family of Nickolas II. Enjoy a walk in Alexander Park and around a charming Chinese village and some free time in in the delightful, small town of Pushkin. Also visit St Catherine church in Pushkin. You can also have your lunch break here if you wish (food is at own expense).

Be driven to Pavlovsk next, a former summer residence of Emperor Paul I and his wife. Visit Pavlovsk Palace, which is famous for its rich collection of unique furniture, porcelain and antic statures. Elegant and harmonious classical style interiors of the palace will strike you with its own special charm, impeccable proportions and perfect taste.

Have an unforgettable horse ride in a traditional Russian sleigh and enjoy a vast landscape park of Pavlovsk, famous for its romantic views before returning to your hotel.

Note: the sequence of the sights can be changed. Every first Monday of a month a visit to Pavlovsk Palace is changed to the alternative visit to one of the suburban palaces due to the museum is closed. In case of the weather conditions, the horse ride in a traditional Russian sleigh can be changed.
