About this activity

Your tour guide meets you in the arrival hall of the cruise terminal/lobby of your hotel. After checking in, you will be seated in a private comfortable air-conditioned sedan or Mercedes mini-bus (depends on the size of the group). After that, your tour starts.

Day 1

9 a.m. — Meet your guide and driver by the ship/hotel

9:10 a.m. — Start city overview tour. Guided tours of Peter and Paul Fortress and St. Isaac's Cathedral (duration of tours 20-30 minutes each), and shopping (if you wish).

1 p.m. — Lunch in a local restaurant during the day (included only for groups of 8+)

2 p.m. — Guided tour of the splendid Hermitage Museum (actual tour duration 2.5 hours)

5:10 p.m. — Picturesque stroll around the Palace Square and the surrounding area

6 p.m. — Canal boat tour

7:30 p.m. — Return back to the ship/hotel

Day 2

9 a.m. — Meet your guide and driver by the ship/hotel

9:10 a.m. — Depart to Pushkin/Tsarskoye Selo to tour Catherine Palace with the famous Amber Room and Park. (Actual palace tour duration one hour)

12 p.m. — Lunch in a local restaurant (included only for groups of 8+)

1:15 p.m. — Drive to Pavlovsk residence

1:30 p.m. — Guided Tour of Pavlovsk palace and park (Actual palace tour duration one hour)

3:15 p.m. — Drive back to the city

4:45 p.m. — Guided tour of Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood (actual tour duration 20-30 min)

6 p.m. — Return back to the ship/hotel

Day 3

9 a.m. — Meet your guide and driver by the ship /hotel

9:10 a.m. — Depart to Peterhof Palace and Garden (Petrodvorets) with a subway tour on the way

10:10 a.m. — Tour of the Grand Palace of Peterhof with a special early admission (actual palace tour duration one hour)

11:30 a.m. — Explore the wonderful gardens of Peterhof. Lunch in the park cafe (included only for groups of 8+)

1:30 p.m. — Hydrofoil* back to St. Petersburg

2:30 p.m. — Guided tour of Yusupov Palace with Rasputin basement (tour duration 1-1.15 hours)

5 p.m. — Return back to the ship/hotel

In case of weather conditions not permitting the hydrofoil ride, there's no refund for unused hydrofoil trip. Van will be used instead.

Infants are free of charge. Passport details must be provided for infants like for everyone else. Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information : ship name, docking time, passport details.
Passport name, number, date of birth and citizenship is required at time of booking for all participants
A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
You must provide the following details to your tour operator for blanket visa processing (visa-free paperwork): Name as in Passport, Passport number, Date of birth, Citizenship
Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking (vegetarian/gluten-free etc), otherwise you will be served the same meal as the rest of the group.

The tour is suitable for hotel guests in the low season period (October - April). The low season rate EXCLUDES visa-free paperwork, hydrofoil ride, river and canal boat tour. Hotel guests MUST provide the hotel's name and address to the supplier

Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. In case of rain you will be provided with ponchos
