We will start in front of famous Dom Knigi (Singer Company Building), an innovative and richly decorated Art Nouveau masterpiece. The site at the intersection of Nevsky Prospekt and the Griboedov Canal, opposite Kazan Cathedral. We will visit one of the most important churches of the city Our Savoir on a Spilled Blood. The Church of the Russian styled domes which attracts by its dazzling and colorful facades and interiors, which was constructed in honor of the Russia Tsar Alexander II.The Cathedral is a unique masterpiece combining the old Russian style of architecture, talent of the best Russian artists and Italian stone carvers, and the art of Roman mosaic. Mosaics cover almost all the surface of the walls and ceilings there are 7 500 square meters of mosaics all in all.

After this we will stop in front of famous Alexander Column, to listen a little bit about the history of this magnificent architectural ensembles, because it consists of 5 buildings, which are connected inside. So we can have a nice walk and see the most important masterpieces of famous painters, sculptors and masters of Applied arts. In our program there are Petrovsky Hall , the Throne Hall, where you can appreciate the power, strength and greatness of Russia at that time. Walk on the bridges over the river Neva to get to the historic Peter and Paul Fortress. A building that had the purpose of defending the new conquered land from the Swedes and that with time it became a prison where many notable prisoners were held. As you travel, your guide will tell tales of the city and how it was founded with the construction of the fortress in 1703 at the behest of the Tsar, Peter the Great. On arrival at the fortress, stroll around its buildings with your guide while learning about their fascinating history. Hear how the fortress was built to defend against an incursion of Swedish forces that never happened, and how during the 19th century, the fortress was used as a prison. Peer inside the eerie Trubetskoy Bastion, one of the former prison blocks as your guide explains how it was used as a torture chamber, and take a guided tour of the museum that charts the lives of the former inmates.
