Upper Garden surrounding the Grand Palace, is an immaculately laid out formal garden dating from the reign of Empress Elizabeth. Of course, Grand Palace the elegant baroque palace in the centre of the Peterhof estate, boasting regal facades and stunningly ornate interiors. Monplaisir which is the private residence of Peter the Great at Peterhof with a variety of beautiful and unusual interiors. The history of Oranienbaum dates back to the XVIII century, when the closest fellow campaigner of Peter the Great, Alexander Menshikov, constructed a palace and a regular park opposite Kronstadt. Nowadays it is one of the favourite tourists attraction. We invite you to visit Oranienbaum Park and Grand Menshikov Palace here and plainly feel the spirit of that time, the epoch of transformation and battling for the entrance to the Baltic sea.
