About this activity
You will start by making the

tiramisù and while the dessert is cooling, you will begin working on making the perfect pasta dough.

Many people think they need a machine, but Chef Marty's

Nonna (grandmother) taught her to make it by hand! and she will teach you!

While the dough is resting, you will get a tour of the Chef's organic vegetable garden and pick the fresh herbs needed for the

bruschetta

and the pasta sauce. Upon returning to the kitchen, you will talk about olive oils, extra virgin vs. 100% pure olive oil and which to buy.

Once the tomatoes have been chopped and the bread toasted, you will roll out the pasta and make "pappardelle," Tuscan style! You will uncover the secrets to the delicious sauce in which to smother the fresh pasta and which only takes a few minutes! You will enjoy this three-course meal at the end of the cooking class and be out the door in three house, unless of course, you are having such a good time dining

al fresco that you wish to linger!

Buon appetito!
