Amazing Zipline Canopy Tour with Aerial Tram Ride Private from San Jose
Your breath-taking, adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel and a relaxing private drive through the wonderful Costa Rican countryside on an air-conditioned transportation and recent model deluxe vehicle or mini bus. Your guide will point out many sights of interest including mango, sugar and citrus plantations, diverse fruit stands and rural farming communities. You will be heading to TURUBARI PARK until arrives to our private reserve, about 90 minutes’ drive from San Jose. Upon arrival to our beautiful property, you will have some free time for use restrooms and explore the surroundings before to get set-up with the special equipment for the zip line adventure.
Our exclusive Zip Line Canopy Tour is a Project designed not only as an extreme adventure, but a way to enjoy nature without harming the environment; our property boasts spectacular views of the Tarcoles River and the tropical rain forest. Within the property, you will have the opportunity to view the Scarlet Macaws, Chestnut Mandible Toucans and whiteface monkeys. The property rests on 900 acres of land... 80% of which is primary forest, where the canopy is located. Once we arrive to the top of the mountain we then descend to the bottom via a series of zip lines, including 11 platforms, 2 hanging bridges and 8 cables with a total cable distance of 2 kilometer.
After the Zip Line adventure, you will enjoy an amazing Aerial Tram Ride back to the main facilities. This 10 minutes ride, will offer you spectacular views of the Tarcoles River and the rain forest. At the visitor’s center, you will enjoy and taste the typical flavors of the Costa Rican cuisine with our included lunch.
After lunch, return to San Jose and drop Off at your hotel
Restrictions: Tour requires moderate physical activity and is designed for active people who enjoy exercise outdoors. The maximum waist allowed on the Zip is 50" to fit into harness. The max weight for zip line is 220- 240 pounds. The minimum age requirement is 6 years old. This trip is not recommended for those with heart or back problems or for pregnant women.
