About this activity

The Doka, Grecia and Sarchi tour is a relaxing yet very enjoyable tour from San Jose.
The tour begins with a wonderful drive through some of the largest coffee and sugar cane plantations in Costa Rica at Doka.
Visit the famous metal church in Grecia, which has a very original architecture, with high ceilings, ornate stained glass windows, and classical lines.
The next stop will be at Sarchi, home to art & craft factories which are recognized for their skilled labor and talented artistry; primarily for the famous oxcarts that are built there.
If you are fortunate enough, you might see the behemoth oxcart; registered in the Guinness book of world records as being the largest oxcart in the world.
To end this informative journey through local culture, a delicious typical Costa Rican lunch will be served to round off the tour.
