Cueva Ventana

The Window Cave Adventure, better known as The Cueva Ventana Tour, is a unique ecologically oriented experience. A 20 minute, medium to medium low intensity hike will take you to discover a live cave that will lead you to witness the most beautiful panoramic view of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. During the hike, our bilingual environmental Interpreters will introduce you in a very entertaining and educational way to our Pre-Colombian Taino culture as well as our native flora and fauna. Once inside the cave, our visitors learn about our resident bat population and our non-poisonous giant spider which are typical of this cave. You will see the geological formations of a karst cave like Cueva Ventana and you will discover the Taino culture petroglyphs and stone engravings.
