Half Day Horseback Riding Excursion

Our half-day horseback excursion takes a total of 5 hours to-and-from San Miguel and includes transportation, comprehensive instruction, riding lesson, 2 ½ hours of riding time + rest stops, and one delicious ranch-style meal prepared right after the ride, at one of the casitas back at the homestead. During the riding adventures, explore a set of cattle ranches located west of San Miguel. The wonderful thing is that the main canyon of the region, the Cañada de la Virgen / Coyote Canyon, goes through the area we travel across; the landscape is extraordinary in all directions. Our horses are very tame, obedient and smooth. Most of our customers do not have experience. Also, there are several opportunities to gallop for people who require it.
