About this activity
Meet your guide at the bicycle shop in mid-morning. After a safety briefing, hop onto your road bike, mountain bike, or electric bike and get ready for a 4-hour, 25-mile (40-kilometer) bike tour to discover the typical Tenerife way of life.

Start with a gentle climb through the pine forest, to the sound of goat bells, toward the center of Vilaflor. There will be the opportunity to take a picture of the beautiful plaza with its flower lined streets and historical center. You'll be pleased to know that after leaving Vilaflor it is time to get ready for the big downhill-riding through the pretty rural landscape which is made up of sculptured terraces designed to capture the moisture proving the irrigation for the town.

Pass Arona before arriving at the village of La Camella where you'll start to prepare for the main challenge of the tour, the 3 kilometer climb through Valle san Lorenzo to the Mirador Centinella. This popular viewpoint affords spectacular views of the whole of the south of the island. Your efforts will be rewarded soon after with a delicious, typical Canarian tapas lunch in San Miguel.
