Once everyone is set up with their bike, it’s time to ride! We pedal through Forestal and Bustamante parks on a mellow cruise to get oriented and learn some crucial Chilean slang and watch the locals make out in the grass.

Stop At: Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral GAM, Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins 227, Santiago 8320162 Chile

We leave the parks and hit the streets, making our way to the historical GAM cultural center, which sits in the hip Lastarria/Santa Lucia Neighbourhood. Try out your bell and turn the heads of the skinny jean and moustache wearing Chileans sipping coffee as you ride towards downtown.
